are grounded, supported, and aligned, they rise with clarity and confidence.

This gathering is an invitation to invest in yourself, to elevate one another, and to step
forward empowered.

Arrival Time:
The SITE Registration Desk will open at 10:00 AM in the Orchard Lounge Foyer. Debbi
Hartman, our Chapter Administrator, will be there to check you in and give you your name
badge, and answer any questions.

In keeping with our sustainability practices, we kindly ask that you return your name
badge at the conclusion of the event.

You’re invited to mingle and network before the doors open at 10:15 AM, with the event
beginning promptly at 10:30 AM.

Parking:
JW Marriott Miami Turnberry valet offers a special rate of $40 + tax per vehicle, and $30
+ tax for self-parking for event attendees. Simply mention you are attending the SITE
Florida & Caribbean IWD event when you arrive.

Dietary Restrictions:
The JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Culinary Team is mindfully creating a delightful
wellness lunch. If you have any dietary restrictions that the culinary team should be
aware of, please note them on the registration form.

Attire:
Athleisure: comfort, breathability, versatility, typically featuring activewear, yoga pants.
Comfort shoes. Purple attire is encouraged.

Give to Gain at our Vintage Pop-up-Market

In line with this year’s IWD theme, we are supporting Dress For Success by hosting a Vintage Pop-Up Market at our event!

Bring gently worn clothing items that will set a woman up for success as she is entering the working world! The purpose is to empower women to achieve economic mobility by providing a global network of support, workplace attire, and development tools for success.

By giving clothing a second life, we extend the lifecycle of garments, reduce waste, and lower the environmental footprint associated with producing new clothing; at the same time, this activation also supports social impact in our community. Many professional women face barriers when entering or re-entering the workforce - including access to appropriate professional attire. Through our partnership with Dress for Success Miami, donated items help women prepare for job interviews, build confidence, and step into new opportunities.

How to Participate:
We invite attendees to bring three (3) gently loved items to contribute to the market.  The most needed items are women’s handbags and closed-toed flat shoes, but we welcome all other items and accessories such as

Stylish business dresses
Statement purses
Chic shoes
Beautiful jewelry
For every three (3) items you donate, you’ll be able to browse our Pop‑Up Vintage Market and choose a piece you’d like to take home as you arrive at the event. All remaining items will be donated to Dress for Success after the event.
