Venue:
The Wine Spectator Restaurant Management Laboratory
at FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality Management Biscayne Bay Campus
3000 NE 151st St, North Miami Beach, FL 33181
Arrival Time:
The SITE Registration Desk will open at 11:30 AM and will be positioned at the entrance of The Wine Spectator Restaurant. Please check in with Debbi Hartman to retrieve your name badges and receive any necessary information or assistance before the event begins.
The event will begin at 12:00 PM and end at 2:30 PM.
Attire:
Business casual attire. It is optional to add a touch of nature-inspired earthy tones or even wear sustainable materials or sustainably made / sourced clothing.
Parking:
Guests may park in Parking Lot One and a map and pricing per car will be provided prior to the event. You can pay using on-site kiosks or the Pay-by-Text app which will be also be provided prior to the event.
Culinary Experience:
We’re excited to offer an earth-friendly, thoughtfully curated, plant-based meal, aligning with our commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainably. Plant-based foods generally require less land, water, and energy to produce, resulting in lower greenhouse gas emissions.
