SITE Florida & Caribbean, the leading professional association for the incentive travel, performance improvement, and motivational events industry, announces its inaugural Incentive Planner Immersion event. This exciting four-day experience will take place from August 25-28, 2024, in the stunning destination of Grand Cayman.
The Incentive Planner Immersion is designed to provide incentive planners and suppliers with an unparalleled opportunity to connect, learn, and explore the transformative power of motivational experiences.
The Incentive Planner Immersion will offer a dynamic program featuring educational sessions, networking events, and site visits that will empower attendees to leverage the latest trends and best practices in the incentive travel industry. Participants will have the chance to experience firsthand the exceptional hospitality and unique offerings that Grand Cayman has to offer.

Hotel Reservations
Hosted planner rooms will be reserved via a rooming list per the information provided on your registration form.
Please do not make flight arrangements until your event registration has been personally confirmed.
Suppliers are responsible for reserving their rooms directly with the resort using the button below. Reservation must be made by Monday, August 5th,2024.
Supplier rooms are Run of House rooms, at a reduced rate of $308.00 USD, plus applicable taxes, fees, and a $45 *Resort Fee (reduced from $60), per room per night.
*Resort fee includes the following on an individual basis: valet parking, non-motorized water sports, daily morning coffee and tea service in hotel room, yoga and fitness classes, Wi-Fi in guest rooms and public spaces for up to 4 devices per room, pool and beach lounge chairs.
